James C. Marsh III: President/Operations Manager, started with Midas in
July 1987 as a stock person and progressed to automotive technician, then
shop manager, and finally franchisee/owner. Along the way, James attained
the status of ASE Master Technician, ASE Service Consultant, as well as
other ASE certifications. James is passionate about vintage automobiles,
fabrication, welding, and, most of all, customer service. James spends
time at both our locations. James’ personal interests include coaching Little
League baseball, hunting, and being a dad. |
Jimmy Vanderhuff: Jimmy is our assistant manager and has been a significant part of our
team for almost four years. Jimmy complements our team because he is always willing and
eager to assist our customers. He currently holds four ASE certifications and a state inspector
license. Jimmy likes to spend time with his family and just have fun. |
David Glennie: David is another one of our talented auto technicians and has been part of
our team for one year. He is an ASE master technician with eleven years’ experience working
on cars and trucks. He graduated from Universal Technical Institute in 2002 and went on
to become part of a NASCAR craftsman truck race team, building engines and fabricating
chassis. In his free time David competes in professional rock crawling with a customized Jeep
Cherokee. Other interests include family, sports, and refinishing houses. |

| David Miller: At 34, David Miller has been involved with cars since the age of 13. Two of
those years are with Midas. First, David was at the Frederick Midas location and just recently
became a welcome addition to Leesburg Midas. When not working on cars, David enjoys listening to
various music artists and David himself is an avid guitar player. |
Dan Howard: Dan is our customer relations representative. He is a Loudoun County resident
and comes to us with 20-plus years’ sales and customer service experience. Dan helps
us enhance our customer's experience while at our shop and spearheads our outreach
programs. Dan has a BS degree in Management Science from Averett University. When not
at Midas, Dan likes to spend time with his wife and two kids bowling, hiking and just having
family time. |
